Honey Cream Cheese Filling
 
Makes 1½ cups
Ingredients
  • 4 ounces (113 grams) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon (14 grams) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1½ tablespoons (32 grams) honey
  • 1 large egg yolk (19 grams), room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon (5 grams) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon (4 grams) vanilla extract
  • 1½ tablespoons (12 grams) all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Stir in honey, egg yolk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Whisk in flour and salt until smooth.
