Honey Cream Cheese Filling
Makes 1½ cups
Ingredients
4 ounces (113 grams) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon (14 grams) unsalted butter, softened
1½ tablespoons (32 grams) honey
1 large egg yolk (19 grams), room temperature
1 teaspoon (5 grams) fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon (4 grams) vanilla extract
1½ tablespoons (12 grams) all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Stir in honey, egg yolk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Whisk in flour and salt until smooth.
