Honey Glaze
 
Makes about ⅓ cup
Ingredients
  • Âľ cup (90 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon (21 grams) honey
  • 1 tablespoon (15 grams) whole milk*
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Use immediately.
Notes
*If glazing room temperature Danish, use 4 teaspoons (20 grams) whole milk.
