Brandy Simple Syrup
- ⅔ cup (133 grams) granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup (80 grams) water
- ⅓ cup (80 grams) brandy
- In a small saucepan, bring sugar and ⅓ cup (80 grams) water to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, and stir in brandy. Let cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
