¼ cup (60 grams) Strawberry Sauce (recipe precedes)
¼ cup (45 grams) diced fresh strawberries
1 teaspoon (4 grams) vanilla extract
Instructions
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese at medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Add sugar, and beat at medium-low speed until sugar is melted and mixture is smooth, stopping to scrape sides of bowl. Add cold cream, 2 tablespoons (30 grams) at a time, beating until combined. Thoroughly scrape sides of bowl. Slowly increase mixer speed to high, beating until stiff peaks form, 1 to 2 minutes.
In a small bowl, stir together Strawberry Sauce, diced strawberries, and vanilla. Fold strawberry mixture into cream cheese mixture just until combined. Use immediately.
