Vanilla Custard

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (240 grams) heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs (100 grams)
  • 1 large egg yolk (19 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon (6 grams) vanilla bean paste
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together cream, sugar, eggs, egg yolk, vanilla bean paste, and salt until smooth.
