Simple Syrup
- ¼ cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
- ¼ cup (60 grams) water
- In a medium saucepan, heat sugar and ¼ cup (60 grams) water over medium heat, stirring occasionally, just until sugar dissolves. Let cool completely.
