Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
  • 4 ounces (115 grams) 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup (60 grams) heavy whipping cream
Instructions
  1. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and cream. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until mixture is melted and smooth (about 1½ minutes total).
