Ingredients
  • 1½ cups (180 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 3 tablespoons (45 grams) water
  • 1 teaspoon (3 grams) tightly packed lemon zest
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together confectioners’ sugar, 3 tablespoons (45 grams) water, and lemon zest until smooth and fluid. Use immediately.
