Cream Cheese Swirl
 
Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
  • 3 ounces (86 grams) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons (36 grams) granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk (19 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (8 grams) all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon (2 grams) vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add egg yolk and flour, and beat until smooth, about 2 minutes. Beat in vanilla. Use immediately.
