Orange Blossom Simple Syrup

Ingredients
  • 1⁄4 cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons (45 grams) water
  • 2 teaspoons (10 grams) orange blossom water
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, heat sugar, 3 tablespoons (45 grams) water, and orange blossom water over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves, about 4 minutes.
