Melted Chocolate
- 1 cup (170 grams) 46% cacao semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1 tablespoon (14 grams) all-vegetable shortening
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate morsels and shortening. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
