Orange-Almond Paste

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup (57 grams) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons (14 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 grams) orange blossom water
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup (31 grams) all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup (24 grams) almond flour
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat butter with a hand mixer at medium speed until smooth. Beat in confectioners’ sugar, orange blossom water, and salt. Beat in flours until well combined.
