Chocolate Filling

- ½ cup (43 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream, confectioners’ sugar, cocoa, and vanilla bean paste at medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, 2 to 3 minutes.
