Orange Marmalade Filling
- ⅓ cup (107 grams) sweet orange marmalade
- 3 tablespoons (42 grams) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon (2 grams) ground cardamom
- In a small bowl, whisk together marmalade, melted butter, and cardamom. Use immediately, or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
