Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Filling

Ingredients
  • ½ cup (112 grams) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup (64 grams) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon (4 grams) vanilla extract
  • ½ cup (60 grams) confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla at low speed until creamy. Add confectioners’ sugar, beating until smooth. Use immediately.
