Ginger Simple Syrup
 
Makes 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar
  • ½ cup (120 grams) water
  • ½ cup (120 grams) ginger juice*
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, bring sugar, ½ cup (120 grams) water, and ginger juice to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat, and let cool.
Notes
*We used Ginger People Ginger Juice.
