Ingredients
  • 2 cups (480 grams) heavy whipping cream
  • â…“ cup plus 2 tablespoons (54 grams) confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream and confectioners’ sugar at high speed just until stiff peaks form.
