Lemon Syrup
 
Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
  • 1 cup (240 grams) fresh lemon juice
  • 1⁄2 cup (100 grams) granulated sugar
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, bring lemon juice and sugar to a simmer over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, and let cool completely. Lemon Syrup can be made up to 3 days in advance. Let come to room temperature before using.
