Cardamom Crème Fraîche
 
Makes 1⁄2 cup
Ingredients
  • 1⁄2 cup (120 grams) crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoons (14 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon ground green cardamom
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients until combined. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use.
