Coffee Simple Syrup
- 1 cup (200 grams) turbinado sugar
- 1 cup (240 grams) water
- 1 cup (240 grams) cold brew coffee concentrate
- In a small saucepan, bring turbinado sugar and 1 cup (240 grams) water to a boil over medium-high heat; cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in coffee concentrate. Let cool completely.
