Ingredients
  • 1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (2 grams) ground cinnamon
  • ¾ teaspoon (1.5 grams) ground cardamom
  • ½ teaspoon (1 gram) ground ginger
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. In the work bowl of a food processor, place all ingredients; process until finely ground, about 5 minutes.
