Vanilla Bean Filling
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
- ⅔ cup (80 grams) confectioners’ sugar
- 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise, seeds scraped and reserved
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla bean seeds at medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, 2 to 3 minutes.
