Crumb Topping
- 1 cup (125 grams) all-purpose flour
- ½ cup (110 grams) firmly packed light brown sugar
- ¼ cup (57 grams) cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 tablespoon (2 grams) orange zest
- Place flour, brown sugar, cold butter, and zest in a small bowl. Crumble with your fingertips until desired consistency is reached.
