Peach Filling
 
Makes about 3 cups
Ingredients
  • 3 cups (462 grams) sliced fresh peaches
  • (about 3 medium peaches)
  • 3 tablespoons (36 grams) granulated sugar
Instructions
  1. Place peaches in a large bowl. Sprinkle with sugar, and toss to combine. Let stand for 30 minutes.
