Peach Filling
- 3 cups (462 grams) sliced fresh peaches
- (about 3 medium peaches)
- 3 tablespoons (36 grams) granulated sugar
- Place peaches in a large bowl. Sprinkle with sugar, and toss to combine. Let stand for 30 minutes.
