Cheesecake Layer
- 16 ounces (455 grams) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon (8 grams) all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs (100 grams)
- 1 tablespoon (13 grams) vanilla extract
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese at medium speed until smooth. Add sugar and flour, and beat until combined, stopping to scrape sides of bowl as needed. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Use immediately.
