To make Rosemary Sea Salt Focaccia, add ¼ cup chopped fresh rosemary with flours and water in step 1 when making Basic Focaccia Dough. Continue as directed. Follow directions for Basic Focaccia, and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon (9 grams) sea salt after brushing with olive oil.
