Oat Streusel
- ¼ cup (31 grams) all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons (15 grams) old-fashioned oats
- 2 tablespoons (24 grams) granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons (28 grams) unsalted butter, melted
- In a small bowl, stir together flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Add melted butter, and stir until mixture is crumbly.
