Cream Cheese Glaze
- 4 ounces (110 grams) cream cheese, softened
- 1½ tablespoons (10.5 grams) confectioners’ sugar
- 2 to 3 tablespoons (30 to 45 grams) whole milk
- In a medium bowl, whisk cream cheese until smooth. Whisk in confectioners’ sugar. Add milk, 1 tablespoon (15 grams) at a time, until fluid.
