Chocolate Ganache
- 1 pound (455 grams) German or semisweet chocolate
- 1 cup (240 grams) heavy whipping cream
- Place chocolate in a medium bowl, and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, bring cream to a simmer over medium-low heat; pour over chocolate. Let stand for 2 minutes. Whisk mixture, starting from the center and working outward, until smooth.
