Grand Marnier Whipped Cream
- 2½ cups (600 grams) cold heavy whipping cream
- 2½ tablespoons (30 grams) granulated sugar
- 2½ tablespoons (37.5 grams) Grand Marnier
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat all ingredients at high speed until medium peaks form. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
