Ingredients
  

  • cup (42 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons (36 grams) granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup (57 grams) unsalted butter, melted and cooled for 10 minutes
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.5 grams) vanilla bean paste
  • ½ cup (46 grams) sliced almonds

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Add melted butter and vanilla bean paste; stir until well combined. Break up butter mixture, stir in almonds, and crumble as desired. Set aside until ready to use.
