Makes about 2½ cups

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces (454 grams) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup (31 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs (100 grams), room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon (13 grams) vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and flour, and whisk until combined; scrape sides of bowl. Add eggs, whisking well. Whisk in vanilla. Use immediately.
