Chocolate Filling

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (173 grams) semisweet chocolate morsels
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup (75 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ cup (45 grams) cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over medium heat, stirring frequently to prevent scorching, until chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove from heat, and whisk in sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Let cool to room temperature before using.
