Chocolate Ganache Filling

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
  • cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon (0.75 gram) kosher salt

Instructions

  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate, cream, corn syrup, vanilla, and salt. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until mixture is melted and smooth, about 1½ minutes total.
