Chocolate Glaze

Makes about 1½ cups

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups (360 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/3 cup (25 grams) Dutch process cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1.5 grams) kosher salt
  • 6 tablespoons (90 grams) whole milk
  • tablespoons (31.5 grams) light corn syrup
  • teaspoons (6 grams) vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, sift together confectioners’ sugar, cocoa, and salt. Whisk in milk, corn syrup, and vanilla until smooth and well combined. Use immediately.
