Ingredients

(145 grams) dried cranberries

(4 grams) tightly packed orange zest

(80 grams) fresh orange juice

(28 grams) firmly packed dark brown sugar

Instructions
In a small saucepan, stir together all ingredients. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 5 minutes.
