Orange Simple Syrup

Makes ½ cup

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup (60 grams) water
  • 2 tablespoons (30 grams) orange liqueur*

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir sugar and ¼ cup (60 grams) water until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, and stir in liqueur. Let cool to room temperature.

Notes

*We used Grand Marnier. Fresh orange juice can be substituted.
