Rum-Soaked Fruit

Makes 3/4 cup

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup (32 grams) diced dried apricots
  • ¼ cup (32 grams) dried cherries, halved
  • 3 tablespoons (45 grams) dark spiced rum
  • 2 tablespoons (24 grams) raisins
  • 2 tablespoons (24 grams) golden raisins

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, toss together all ingredients. Cover and let stand at room temperature overnight.
