Ingredients

(50 grams) granulated sugar

(60 grams) water
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, heat sugar and ¼ cup (60 grams) water over medium heat, stirring occasionally, just until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Let cool completely before using.
