Ingredients

(240 grams) cold heavy whipping cream
1/4
cup
(50 grams) granulated sugar
Instructions
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream and sugar at medium-high speed until medium-soft peaks form, about 3 to 5 minutes. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use. Best used same day.
