Sweetened Whipped Cream

Makes about 2 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (240 grams) cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup (50 grams) granulated sugar

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream and sugar at medium-high speed until medium-soft peaks form, about 3 to 5 minutes. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use. Best used same day.
