Ingredients

(360 grams) heavy whipping cream

(60 grams) confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream and confectioners’ sugar at medium speed until stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
