Ingredients

(180 grams) confectioners’ sugar

(45 grams) crème fraîche

(6 grams) vanilla bean paste

teaspoon
kosher salt

teaspoons
(25 grams) heavy whipping cream
Instructions
In a medium bowl, stir together confectioners’ sugar, crème fraiche, vanilla bean paste, and salt. Add cream until mixture is smooth and thick but can be drizzled off a spatula. Use immediately.
