Vanilla Glaze

Makes ⅓ cup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (120 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 4 teaspoons (20 grams) water
  • ¼ teaspoon (1 gram) vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together ¾ cup (90 grams) confectioners’ sugar and 4 teaspoons (20 grams) water until smooth. Add vanilla and remaining ¼ cup (30 grams) confectioners’ sugar, and whisk until combined. (Glaze will be thick.) Let stand for 5 minutes before using.
