Vanilla Whipped Cream

Makes about 7 cups

Ingredients
  

  • cups (840 grams) cold heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup (100 grams) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (4 grams) vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat all ingredients at medium-high speed until medium-stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
