Vanilla Whipped Cream

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup (180 grams) cold heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons (24 grams) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (4 grams) vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients by hand until medium-stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
