What is your favorite recipe that you contributed to our cookbook?
Kelsey Siemens: My favorite recipe would have to be the Ginger Pear and Walnut Tart. The melt-in-your-mouth crust paired with a decadent filling and topped with ginger-poached pears is such a special combination of warm, cozy flavors. It’s shockingly simple to put together, too. I love how this tart looks so fancy with the poached pears on top yet arranging them is so easy.
